Supported Employment are services and supports intended to assist the person served in obtaining and maintaining competitive, non-subminimum wage employment in the community. Overture can assist assist persons served in obtaining competitive Integrated employment including job discovery, job development, and ongoing job coaching. This may include customized employment, micro-enterprise, or employment in fully integrated community-based work settings. Overture can provide individualized and customized supported employment activities that factor in the persons unique strengths and interests, and includes ongoing supports as needed.
